Senior Product Manager
Own product strategy and execution across a portfolio of B2B SaaS companies.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own product strategy and execution across a growing portfolio of B2B SaaS companies.
The portfolio covers outbound sales, lead generation, data enrichment, marketing automation and business communication. You work across several companies, not one product.
This is a hands-on ownership role. You move between product strategy, customer research, analytics, roadmap priorities, specifications and execution.
What you will do
- Own product strategy and roadmaps across several B2B SaaS companies.
- Find and rank opportunities by customer need, business impact, market data and technical complexity.
- Work closely with the founders, engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer success.
- Turn customer problems and business goals into clear product requirements.
- Define success metrics and check whether each release moved them.
- Run customer interviews, analyze feedback and separate high-value insights from feature requests.
- Improve onboarding, activation, retention, engagement and monetization.
- Write clear product briefs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead product discovery before engineering time is committed.
- Explain product decisions clearly, including what will not be built and why.
What we look for
- Significant experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager on B2B SaaS products.
- Proven ownership of products from discovery through launch, measurement and iteration.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to prioritize under uncertainty.
- Decisions grounded in customer research, product analytics and business metrics.
- The ability to work across several products at once.
- A strong grasp of SaaS metrics: activation, retention, churn, expansion, conversion and lifetime value.
- Experience working directly with engineers and designers in fast-moving teams.
- Clear product writing, without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working independently with founders.
Nice to have
- Sales technology, lead generation, marketing automation, communications software or data products.
- A SaaS portfolio, startup studio or other multi-product company.
- AI-enabled product development and automation.
- Product-led growth, onboarding, pricing or monetization.
- A technical background, or a strong ability to work with APIs, integrations and data workflows.
