We are hiring a PPC / Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition for VoiceDrop, the AI ringless voicemail platform in our portfolio.

This is not a "set up some ads and check the dashboard once a week" role. You own paid growth end to end, make sharp decisions with data and help us scale.

We want someone who thinks like a growth operator, not just a media buyer.

What you will do

  • Set the paid acquisition strategy for Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Build and structure the campaigns.
  • Write creative briefs and develop new ad angles.
  • Recommend landing page and funnel changes.
  • Own conversion tracking and attribution analysis.
  • Optimize daily and weekly.
  • Report what is working, what is not and what we should do next.
  • Scale budgets while keeping CAC, CPL and payback under control.

What we look for

  • Proven experience scaling paid acquisition for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Strong experience with both Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Comfortable owning a six-figure monthly ad budget.
  • Data-driven and conversion-obsessed.
  • A strong grasp of attribution, funnels, CAC, CPL, ROAS and payback periods.
  • The ability to write strong creative briefs and test new angles.
  • A habit of optimizing on revenue and pipeline quality, not vanity metrics.
  • Clear communication and strong reporting discipline.
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-moving remote team.

Where it can go

Strong performance opens the door to managing paid acquisition across the rest of the Momentum Labs portfolio, including 1Lookup, 1Capture, Prymatica and Emailchaser.

How hiring works

1

Take the 30 minute test.

No resume screen. One timed test, on a computer, in one sitting.

2

Send a short Loom.

After the test you get a topic and 24 hours to record it.

3

Talk to Robby.

Do well and Robby, one of the two founders, interviews you this week.

The rules of the test

130 minutes, timed, one attempt. No pause: once the clock starts it runs to zero, even if you close the tab.
2Work alone. You promise not to use AI before you start, and breaking that ends your application.
3Session activity is monitored while you take it.
4Type your own answers. We can tell when they are not yours.
5Desktop only. Use a computer in a quiet room.
